It becomes  necessary to take an antibiotic when we can't fight that bad infection.  Unfortunately, they are overprescribed and can be ineffective against the bugs they are
suppose to attack. 

Because antibiotics kill both good and bad bacteria in your intestines, it's a very good idea to take a probiotic to restore the balance of good bacteria after a course of antibiotics.  Some people take a probiotic everyday. Do you?
