How to manage stress and anxiety naturally?

You may be surprised to hear that your diet and nutrition can have a substantial impact on your stress and anxiety levels. Including foods found in a live food diet, such as: barley, lentils, brown rice, nuts, buckwheat groats, mushrooms, broccoli, spinach, grapefruit, cabbage and oranges in your diet is a good start.


Another important area of health is your bowels. Bowel elimination is essential for your health as waste matter must be removed from your body regularly and safely. In cases of extreme constipation, you should only use colonic irrigation or enemas - you should never use mineral oil as this will rob your body of fat soluble vitamins.

Your B-complex intake is also important for your overall health so a balanced diet which includes distilled water, fruits and raw salads, whole grains and vegetables is also essential.


Adequate levels of vitamin D from natural sunshine can also alleviate levels of stress and anxiety. As your skin soaks in the sun’s rays, it will store the germ-killing energy, which leads to better health overall. However, you should avoid the sun in the middle of the day and always wear sunscreen to protect your skin.


Finally, sleep is one of the most important tools for coping with stress. Getting a good night’s sleep lets your body and mind restore and regenerate. Try relaxing or meditating before bed to give your mind time to unwind and avoid caffeine or alcohol which will affect your sleep quality.
