A physically challenging practice (see Vinyasa) done in a heated (100 degree) infrared studio. Infrared heat facilitates flexibility and depth in postures, and provides for a detoxifying sweat. Previous yoga experience is recommended. Bring water and a towel and be prepared to sweat!
Classes on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are all 75 minutes. All other classes are 90 minutes.
