A vigorous and more challenging flow of postures with focused attention on alignment, breath awareness, flexibility, balance, and strength. Appropriate for new students who are in good physical condition or those who have previous yoga experience.

Please Note:

Classes on Fridays at 10 am are 90 minutes. All other classes are 75 minutes.
