In classical Greece, people would invoke the nine Muses for help creating great works of art. The journey is an ancient meditation technique for accessing deep wisdom and guidance, used by shamans and lay people throughout the world for thousands of years. Sourcing from both traditions, this fun and philosophical workshop will open your heart to creative joy!

In this workshop, you will:
• Learn about the Muses, as well as journeys and their place in shamanism
• Journey to meet your personal muse: a power animal, ancestor, or mythological figure
• Learn to find inspiration wherever you are
• Release blocks and transform limiting beliefs
• Create an original piece of art based on your Muse experience
