Alison Aronson (200 CYT) has been teaching hot yoga for eight years after having spent 15 years as a science teacher and avid long distance runner. As she began her practice in Bikram Yoga, Alison quickly discovered that power flow yoga in the heat was one of the most challenging and rewarding ways to both stay in shape and reduce stress. She is thrilled to share this rigorous practice at o2living and is grateful for her hot yoga entourage. o2living has recently added infrared heat to Alison's hot yoga studio.
