4 GREEN VITALITY o2LIVING JUICES DAILY FOR SEVEN DAYS -  8am, 12noon, 4pm,  8pm for 7 days  Monday is a good day to start!

OTHER RECOMMENDATION DURING THE FAST

Tongue brushing, skin brushing, testing urine pH, water, tea, enemas, high colonic hydrotherapy, proteolytic enzymes, zeolite, fasting elixir (optional), flower essence (optional).

Colonic Hydrotherapy - It is ideal to have one to three treatments during the fast.  This will increase the toxin removal a great deal! Daily enemas are also required to remove toxins. Call o2living for a list of therapists.

Proteolyttic Enzyme - will help to break down toxins in the body and can be picked up at o2living.   Take 1-2 capsules into water and take this 3x/day for 2 days. Increase to 3-4 capsules 3x/day then 5 capsules 3x/day gradually during the week.  Make sure to empty the capsules

Zeolite- assists in the removal of toxins, particularly heavy metals.  It also has many other health benefits as a microcrystal mineral and will buffer the body's pH and glucose metabolism.  

Other recommendations.  Take it easy with -  rest, have a massage, take a restorative yoga class, have a bath and avoid rigorous workouts and physical labor.
