Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Short Description:
Serves 2-3
Recipe:
Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend on medium-high for 30 seconds or until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries,
1 large banana,
1 1/2 cups cold soymilk (or rice milk),
1 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional)
