Chocolate Shake


 

Short Description:

Submitted by o2living community member Kate Younkins, this healthy chocolate shake is a nutritionally dense alternative to the classic dairy tummy ache. And it's got some great fruits and veggies in it too! 

 

 

Recipe:

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Ingredients:

  • Half bottle of o2living Red Radiance (or other liquid of choice to achieve desired consistency)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 inch chunk ginger root
  • 2 tbs raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


Garnish with fresh fruit, nuts and seeds if desired.
