Frosty Berry Breakfast Shake


 

Short Description:

A filling breakfast that tastes more like a dessert. Customize to your liking with any of your favorite fruits and vegetables.

Recipe:

Blend greens and almond milk until liquefied. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more frozen fruit depending on desired consistency and frostiness.

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • Handful spinach
  • 1 tb chia seed
  • ¼ raw cashews or almonds
  • ¾ cup almond milk or water (amount depending on desired consistency)



Optional toppings:

  • Fresh fruit
  • Coconut chips
  • Cacao nibs
  • Walnuts
  • Hemp seeds
