It's good to keep your Guacamole simple and not to overpower the delicious delicate flavor of the avocado.
2 large avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
1/4 cup minced onion
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Himalayan Salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Combine remaining ingredients and hand mix thoroughly.
Makes a delicious dip over sprouted grain crisps. Be sure to mash the avocado until it is smooth
