Mojito Fruit Salad

 

Short Description:

Great tasting, refreshing summer dessert. Serves 6.

Recipe:

  1. Put the grapes, watermelon, cantaloupe, grapes, kiwi and strawberries in a container with a tight-fitting lid.
  2. Add the blueberries.
  3. Put the mint and lime juice together in a bowl. Crush the mint with while mixing to extract flavors; pour over the fruit mixture. Seal the container with lid and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  4. Gently flip the sealed container a few times to mix the fruit with the dressing.
  5. Serve.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 1 cup cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 cup hulled and quartered strawberries
  • 1 cup peeled and quartered kiwi
  • 1 cup cubed seeded watermelon
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3 sprigs fresh mint
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
