Raw Almond Hummus


Short Description:

Making your own almond milk at home? Don’t throw out the pulp! Here is one of many possibilities for those leftovers.

Recipe:

Blend all ingredients in food processor or high speed blender until mixture is smooth. Use as a dip or thin with water and use as a dressing or sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond pulp
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper (4-5 sun dried tomatoes or a zucchini will work well also)
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
