Short Description:

A perfect accompaniment to anything that needs a fresh kick!

Recipe:

Add all ingredients to bowl and combine to desired consistency with a whisk. Adjust salt, pepper and lime juice to personal taste.

Enjoy on top of black bean soup, alongside a slice of toast with mashed avocado or bring to a barbeque.

Ingredients:

1 can organic diced tomatoes
2 small vine tomatoes, diced
½ red onion, finely diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 handful cilantro, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small jalapeño, finely diced (optional)
Juice of 1 lime
Salt/ pepper to taste
