Toasted almonds with rosemary and orange zest
An Hors d'oeuvres perfect for Thanksgiving day
* Feel free to use your nut of choice, pecans or walnuts will work well too.
-In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and orange juice.
-Pour mixture over almonds and stir until nuts are fully coated.
-Add zest and rosemary, mix well
- 2 cups almonds (toasted at 350˚ for 5-10 minutes)
- 1.5 tbs fresh squeezed orange juice
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
