Vinyasa • Levels 1-2
A moderately paced flow of poses, with attention to alignment and breath. Mildly challenging, but appropriate for new students who are in good physical condition. Previous yoga experience is helpful.
Power Hour • Level 3
A quick hour of power to help get you motivated mid- day. Strengthen and tone your body while also finding a peaceful state of mind. "Balance your day, Balance your week, and Reclaim your Power!"
Beginner • Level 1
For students new to yoga, and those at any level, interested in reviewing the fundaments, including basic concepts, postures, alignement and breathing. Previous yoga experience is not necessary.
Restorative • All Levels
A gentle class that makes use of props to align and support the body, allowing the student to relax deeply. Students learn to use the breath to support the process of finding balance between effort and surrender. Recommended for beginners, or anyone in need of a rejuvenating and calming experience.
Slow Flow Vinyasa • All Levels
Slow Flow Yoga is not restricted to beginners or those with physical limitations. All levels of Yoga practitioners can find their personal challenges, as they slowly and mindfully move through a series. The pace may be slower, but challenges will be present with difficulties to work through.
Hot Vinyasa • Levels 1-2
A moderately challenging practice, done in a heated (90°) studio, to enhance depth in postures. Appropriate for new students who are in good physical condition. Previous yoga experience helpful. Bring water, a towel and prepare to sweat.
Hot Vinyasa • Levels 2-3
A physically challenging power flow practice, done in a heated (90°) studio, to facilitate depth in postures. Previous yoga experience is recommended. Bring water, a towel and prepare to sweat.
Chill Vinyasa • All Levels
A soothing experience intertwining breath, vinyasa flow, posture alignment, and relaxation to release tension, improve strength and balance, and support feelings of renewal.
Align & Breathe • All Levels
Incorporates principles of alignment with muscular engagement to improve posture and metabolism.
