Class Descriptions
Yoga Classes
Vinyasa • Levels 1-2
It is a moderately paced flow of poses, with attention to alignment and breath. Mildly challenging, but appropriate for new students who are in good physical condition. Previous yoga experience is helpful.
Vinyasa - Level 2
A creative, flowing sequence of postures with attention to alignment, breath awareness and the cultivation of balance and inner peace. Appropriate for intermediate students or advanced beginners interested in taking their practice to the next level.
Power Hour • Level 2-3
A quick hour of Power to help get you motivated mid-day. Strengthen and tone your body while also finding a peaceful state of mind. “Balance your Day, Balance your Week, and Reclaim your Power!”
Meditation and Intuition • All Levels
Through breath, stillness, chanting, sacred circle time, oracle cards, movement and guided meditation, students practice accessing the still place within, while moving toward becoming one with everything that is.
Beginner • Level 1
For students new to yoga, and those at any level, interested in reviewing the fundaments, including basic concepts, postures, alignement and breathing. Previous yoga experience is not necessary.
Restorative • All Levels
A gentle class that makes use of props to align and support the body, allowing the student to relax deeply. Students learn to use the breath to support the process of finding balance between effort and surrender. Recommended for beginners, or anyone in the need for a rejuvenating and calming experience.
Power Vinyasa • Levels 2-3
A physically challenging power flow practice that builds endurance, flexibility and stamina, with attention to the breath and alignment. Previous yoga experience is recommended.
Vinyasa • All Levels
Please refer to the descriptions of Vinyasa level 1-2 and Vinyasa 2-3 above.
Hot Yoga • Levels 1-2
A moderately challenging practice, done in a heated (90°) studio, to enhance depth in postures. Appropriate for new students who are in good physical condition. Previous yoga experience helpful. Bring water and a towel and prepare to sweat.
Hot Vinyasa • All Levels
Similar to Hot Vinyasa 2−3 with modifications for all levels, if necessary. Previous yoga experience is recommended.
Hot Vinyasa • Levels 2-3
A physically challenging power flow practice, done in a heated (90°) studio, to facilitate depth in postures. Previous yoga experience is recommended. Bring water and a towel and prepare to sweat.
Gentle Flow • All Levels
A cross between Restorative and Vinyasa, Gentle Flow incorporates all levels of students who prefer a slower pace with more fluid movements. Focuses on breathing for relaxation while building stronger techniques. Appropriate for new students, experienced yogis and everyone in between.
Core & Strength - Level 2-3
Challenging class that will help sculpt and define your muscles. Utilizing movements that will increase strength, flexibility and stability of ones core.
Align & Breathe - All Levels
Incorporates principles of alignment with muscular engagement to improve posture and metabolism.
