YoBelly Yoga--a six week prenatal vinyasa yoga class series
Welcome all Mommas-to-be to this gentle vinyasa practice tailored to the needs and changes of the pregnant body. This class will safely strengthen, stretch, and tone the body throughout all three trimesters to help prepare for childbirth and a speedier recovery post delivery. Focus on pranayama or breath work will assist in keeping minds calm and centered.
YoMomma Yoga--a six week postnatal vinyasa yoga class series
This moderate vinyasa class will help new mothers get back in shape after childbirth. Particular attention will center on rebuilding core strength, toning the pelvic muscles, and keeping the back and shoulders strong. Babies 6 weeks through crawling are welcome to join!
