I believe Vegan is definitely the most important choice a person could make to be anyway “Green.”
What we put into our bodies is a choice we make everyday. By being conscious of eating fresh, raw or steamed vegetables and drinking freshly made fruit and vegetable juices we are not only going to feel better, but we are also supporting our environment. If we could be somewhat conscious of fresh, raw food and drinks, than the carbon emissions involved with processing and transporting the food could be reduced.
What kinds of foods are you eating to help sustain our environment? Are you supporting your local farmers? How organic are you?
