New To Juice Therapy?

‘I would like to include freshly pressed juice as part of my everyday routine, but I’m not sure if I am ready to try a full juice cleanse.’ For those who are new to the live food lifestyle, or live juice in general, this a common concern. How can you integrate into the live food community without feeling overwhelmed? The answer is quite simple: Just take it one step at a time.

Start with your breakfast. It’s the most important meal of the day and a small change here will set the tone for the rest of your day. Put down the usual morning coffee and replace it with a single serving of Green Vitality juice instead. Unlike caffeine, which can cause fatigue (go figure!) or digestive problems, a tall glass of green juice is full of anti-oxidizing ingredients, vitamins and minerals. Vegetables such as kale, fennel, parsley, cucumbers, and celery will not only cleanse your body, but will leave you feeling energized throughout the day.

Naturally, a single serving of green juice isn’t limited to just breakfast. It makes for a quick and easy after school snack for kids and is a great way to introduce them to live foods and ensure they’re getting the recommended daily servings of vegetables in their diet.

The live food diet isn’t really a “diet” at all. It is a lifestyle and one where you don’t have to jump in all at once. Start off small and gradually build yourself up. You’ll see the difference a small change can make and it will set you on your path to healthy living. You can do it!
