For many of us, we take a weekend like this to let loose and perhaps go for comfort and fun over sticking to a strict wellness plan. 

The good news is that it’s ok to live a little-- we just have to remember to get back on track. 


Try a short juice cleanse with LivingJuice’s organic cold pressed juices to reset your body and flush that weekend junk out of your system. This three day cleanse will help you get back on track. 


To prep for your rest, eliminate processed foods and alcohol, or anything that just doesn’t make you feel great. Do this for around 4 days. Instead of fries, grab a salad. When you come off your cleanse or “break your fast”, we recommend you start with something light. Keep in mind that you have essentially been shocking your body for a few days and you’ll need to slowly introduce food back. You’ve jump started your body to prepare for a healthy diet by removing toxins and putting vital vitamins and nutrients back in. Your body is ready to continue with enzymatically alive and nutrient rich food. After your cleanse we recommend that you add probiotic and digestive enzyme supplements to your diet.
