Nutty Kale Pesto

Match nutrient-rich kale with the powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of hemp seed oil and walnuts, and toss in protein-packed immune booster nutritional yeast, for a dressing or dip that’s a no-guilt pleasure.  

Ingredients:

  • 4 kale leaves, stems removed
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup raw cashews
  • 1 ½ cups chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup hemp seed oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tbs nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper

Place ingredients in food processer and blend until smooth.
