Short Description:

Put the potatoes in a small covered saucepan with a steamer basket. Steam in 2 cups of water for about 10-12 mins or until soft.

Soak the raisins, almonds and dates in the remaining water for at least 10 mins. Drain completely.

Gently mix the potatoes, raisin mixture and all remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Serve.


A delicious salad with an unusual texture and flavor.
