Short Description:

A sweet snack that will give you a boost of energy without the refined sugar crash!


In a food processor fitted with the S blade, process dates until a paste is formed. Add walnuts and vanilla and continue processing until mixture is uniform.
Form mixture into balls and roll through coconut shreds until fully coated.


2 cups pitted dates
1 1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup shredded coconut
